The Lakers went 1-1 on the weekend falling to #4 Johnson County 52-80 on Friday. Friday night the Lakers were led by Jordyn Stokes with 12 points. Emma Kanz added 11 points. On Saturday the Lakers defeated William Penn JV 72-57. The Lakers had 4 in double figures with Emma Kanz leading the way with 24 points. Arianna Smith added 14 points, Alexandria Wolff added 12 points, and Jordyn Stokes added 10 points.

The Lakers are 1-2 on the season. The Lakers will be competing in the Emerson Classic in Marshalltown, IA on Friday, November 17^th when they take on Rock Valley CC at 1:00pm and Saturday, November 18^th at 1:00pm vs Lewis & Clark CC. The Lakers next home game is Monday, November 20^th vs Northwestern JV at 5:30pm.
