Sophomore forward
Szonja Vukov recorded her first career triple-double in Friday's 116-36 victory over Bacone College JV.

Vukov finished the game with 18 points, 15 rebounds and 10 steals, earning her first triple-double and 20
th career double-double. Vukov's 10 steals ties the school record, a record she set last season against Southeast Nebraska.

Jameka Dowell led the team in scoring tying her season high at 24 points and grabbing six rebounds (season high).
Shaiann Tramble had a season high eight assists and chipped in 11 points.
Mariane Carvalho finished the night with 19 points, nine rebounds, seven assists and six steals. Both
Imani Simmons and
Ashlyn McDonald finished with 11 points, McDonald pulling down eight rebounds as well.

The defense, an area coach Smith stresses most, was in full force Friday night forcing Bacone to 37 turnovers and allowing them to shoot only 18% from the floor and 11% from behind the arc.
