KJCCC East Baseball Player and Pitcher of the Week, Week 3

KJCCC East Player of the Week: Jack Mosh – Johnson County Community College
Johnson County sophomore second baseman Jack Mosh helped the No. 8 Cavaliers take the first two games of a four-game series against Southwestern on Sunday afternoon. In the opener, Mosh had a single and double, drove in a run and stole a base in a 12-3 win. He followed going 4-for-4 with a home run, three runs scored and three driven in. Overall, he was 5-for-9 (.556) at the plate. For the season, he is hitting a .368 (14-for-38) with 10 RBI. 

KJCCC East Pitcher of the Week: Ryan Borberg – Johnson County Community College
Johnson County sophomore right-hander Ryan Borberg earned his first victory of the season, allowing just one hit and one walk while striking out 11 batters over five innings of work. His 11 strikeouts are the most by a JCCC pitcher this season.
