KJCCC East Player of the Week: Cal Kilgore – Johnson County Community College 
Johnson County sophomore catcher Cal Kilgore extended his season-long hitting streak to 15 games with a huge series against Allen. He batted .625 (10-for-16) with five doubles, a home run, six runs scored and 10 driven in. During his hitting streak, Kilgore has produced 11 multiple-hit games and nine multiple-RBI games while boosting his season average to .469.

KJCCC East Pitcher of the Week: Brandon Stone – Johnson County Community College
Johnson County right-hand pitcher Brandon Stone held Allen to just two hits and no runs while striking out five batters to earn a complete-game victory. With the win, Stone improved to 9-0 on the season.
