CHECK LIST:

          Coaches Meeting: Region VI Coaches must be present to vote on All-Region teams. Entry fee due at coaches meeting at Best Western Airport Inn on Thursday, May 10, at 7:00 pm.

            1          $400.00 Entry fee due before first game.

            2          Rawlings has supplied extra baseballs so teams do not have to supply

1.                  Infield: Each team will be allowed ten (10) minutes (on the clock) of infield warm-up.

2.                  Players and Coaches no tobacco in Lawrence Dumont Stadium. Please help us no players with spikes are allowed in concourse area.

3.                  Two (2) batting cages are available for 45 minutes (bring own cage balls)

Home team in cage 2 hours before game time. Visiting team 1:15 before game time. Cage closed 30 minutes before game time.

4.                  Home Team will be the higher seeded team for the first round only. A coin flip, immediately after opponents are decided, will decide home team after first round.

5.                  Games will be nine innings with 10 run rule after 7 innings (except Championship)

6.                  Three (3) umpires will be used for each game and will be assigned by UIC, Sasha Sanguinetti and Bryce Roderick.

7.                  Only those individuals on the College pass list will be admitted without a ticket. All must present identification and pass through the pass gate to be admitted. Please allow time for players to pass through gate.

8.                  Media: Must present press credentials at Stadium office to receive press pass and access to media area. Those individuals with Wrangler press passes will be admitted.  

9.                  Radio: Hook ups are available at $125.00 per day secured at Wrangler Office.

10.              Tickets: Adult tickets are $10.00, students are $5.00.  Those five and under will be admitted free. No reserved seating. A Pass List will be used to admit Region Directors, Workers, and non-participating College Presidents, College Athletic Directors, and Baseball Coaches.

11.             The Best Western Airport Inn is our host hotel. They have blocked off rooms for us. Call Kent Mix  316-942-5600
