Kevon Abrams scored the game-winning touchdown for Butler with a 25-yard run up the middle late in a 31-27 win over No. 5 Independence in a top-10 matchup at BG Proudcts Veterans Sports Complex on Saturday. That run capped a 28-carry, 190-yard performance from Abrams. He averaged 6.8 yards on those 28 carries and had two touchdown runs, the first of which was a 75-yard run. Abrams now has 822 yards rushing on the season with five touchdowns for the Grizzlies.
