Alvinoski Lafleur played a huge part in the 47-32 victory for the Coffeyville Red Ravens over Iowa Central. Lafleur had two interceptions against the Tritons and he returned both four touchcowns. Lafleur had four total tackles and one tackle for loss.
Jaylen Erwin's 74-yard punt return for a touchdown sparked a comeback effort for the No. 11 Hutchinson Blue Dragon in a 33-24 loss to No. 2 Iowa Western. Trailing 31-7 late in the third, Erwin broke a punt return for a touchdown and started a 17-0 Blue Dragon run to pull within one possession with 3 minutes to go in the game. Erwin also caught three passes for 61 yards in the game.
