OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Dedrick Mills, Garden City

Dedrick Mills, the nation's leading rusher, notched his third 200-yard game of the season in scintillating fashion. His 51-yard run setup Garden City's second touchdown. It was part of a stretch where the Broncbusters scored 23 unanswered points. Mills had three scores in the first half alone.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Reco Hannah, Highland

The defensive play that had the biggest impact for Highland's 40-33 win over Dodge City  was a 100-yard Pick-Six by sophomore linebacker, Reco Hannah. The 100-yard pick six swung the lead back to the Scotties with just over 10 minutes left in the game and also is the longest interception return in school history. Hannah in the win finished with a team high 11 tackles, his first interception of the season and two quarterback hurries. His 11 tackles now gives him 132 in his Highland career which moves him into the Top 10 in tackles in school history tying him for eighth most in a career. On the season Hannah has 69 tackles, 6.5 sacks, 14.5 tackles for a loss, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and one interception. He is tied for first in forced fumbles and fumble recoveries, while also ranking fourth in the KJCCC in total tackles, tackles per game and sacks. Hannah also ranks fifth in tackles for loss in the KJCCC. In the Nation he ranks 18th in tackles and is tied for 17th in tackles for loss.


CO-SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYERS OF THE WEEK

Ty Zentner, Butler
Ty Zentner blasted a 70-yard punt that was downed at the 1-yard line against Ellsworth, continuing his stellar season as a punter. He punted three times, averaging 48.3 yards per boot. He also made four extra point kicks.

Ben Raybon, Garden City
Ben Raybon drilled all eight of his extra-point attempts in the Broncbusters 51-15 rout of Coffeyville. He added three touchbacks with two other kickoffs pinning the Red Ravens inside the 15.
