Offense - Ramon Jefferson, Garden City
Defense- Kenny White, Garden City
Special Teams - Tiyon Evans, Hutchinson

Players from Garden City and Hutchinson were tapped as the Week 3 KJCCC Football Players of the Week.

The Broncbusters nabbed offenisve and defensive honors with running back Ramon Jefferson and defensive back Kenny White. Hutchinson claimed special teams honors with return specialist Tiyon Evans.

OFFENSIVE - Ramon Jefferson, Garden City
Ramon Jefferson was spectacular during his first career start for Garden City. He averaged nearly 19 yards per carry as Garden City erupted for 24 first-quarter points. The Broncbusters scored 41 points in the first half and recorded their eighth most lopsided victory in program history. Jefferson had 168 yards on just nine carries with three touchdowns.

DEFENSIVE - Kenny White, Garden City
Kenny White was everywhere on Saturday, forcing a fumble and returning it 60 yards for a touchdown. He shut down the Ellsworth ground attack, recording 4.5 tackles for loss as the Broncbusters limited the Panthers to just 117 total yards. White had nine total tackles, with six solo stops.

SPECIAL TEAMS - Tiyon Evans, Hutchinson
In his first game as a kickoff return specialist, freshman Tiyon Evans had a huge impact for the No. 1 Blue Dragons in a 34-27 win at No. 7 Iowa Western on Saturday. Coming out of halftime, which was extended to about 40 minutes because of a weather delay, Evans immediately jump-started the Blue Dragons with a scintillating 95-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. He broke out of eight tackles and a pirouette to slip away from another to boost the Blue Dragon lead to 27-13 just one play into the second half. Evans returned three kickoffs and averaged 50.7 yards per return.
