"As an accomplished junior college player, I'm looking to bring a good work ethic and all my talents to the table for KU," commented Kirby.  "I plan to work hard and give them a guy who is going to play in every tournament and produce good scores for them every time."

"I want to be a good role player for them," he continued.  "I've been a KU fan my whole life and they are about the best of all the choices that I had contacting me in regards to competitiveness and rankings on a national scale which is where I want to be."
