Colby's Demarcus Sharp earned KJCCC Division I Men's Basketball Player of the Week honors with a huge performance against Iowa Western in a 2-0 start to the Trojans' season.
For the week, Sharp averaged 16.0 points per game while shooting 63.6 percent from the field. He averaged 8.0 rebounds and 8.5 assists last week in 33.5 minutes per game.
Colby defeated Iowa Western 93-73 on Saturday. Sharp posted a triple-double against the Reivers with 16 points, 11 rebounds and 14 assists. He was 7 of 11 shooting with a 3-pointer.
