Lajae Jones averaged a double-double for the week in helping the eighth-ranked Barton Cougars to a pair of road victories to remain unbeaten this season. Shooting 69 percent for the week, Jones averaged 22 points and 11.5 rebounds in 28.5 minutes of court time. Jones opened his week shooting 8 of 11 from the field for 19 points with eight rebounds, two assists and two blocks in 26 minutes in helping Barton to a 96-75 win at Pratt. Concluding the week, the sophomore guard posted his fourth 20-point performance of the season, scoring 20 of his game-high 25 in second half action, with a perfect 4 of 4 from long distance and adding a career-high 15 rebounds for his second double-double of the year, in guiding the Cougars to a 65-53 victory at 24th-ranked Cloud County.
