Week 6 - Division I KJCCC Men's Soccer Athletes of the Week

Player: Lucas Constante (Barton)
Lucas Constante produced a six-point week to help guide the 7th ranked Cougars to a pair of road victories. Held without a point in Barton's 2-0 victory at Garden City, the sophomore forward ignited a spark off the Cougar bench Saturday afternoon producing his first collegiate hat trick with three unanswered goals, including the eventual game winner in Barton's 4-3 victory at Seward County. The game winning goal for Constante was his second of the season and third of his career.

Goalkeeper: Daniel Ruiz (Dodge City)
Dodge City men's soccer earned a road KJCCC win over Coffeyville 1-0 beating the Red Ravens for the first time since 2015. Daniel Ruiz stepped into the starting goalkeeper spot for the Conquistadors and came up big playing all 90 minutes to earn the win and shutout for the Conquistadors, recording four saves in the win.
