All-KJCCC/Region 6 Division II Men's Soccer Selections

The Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference announced 2023 Division II Men's Soccer selections for the 2023 season. Co-champions Neosho County Community College and Johnson County Community College each produced nine individual awards, with the Panthers leading the way with five first-team selections. Neosho County also had two on the second-team and two honorable mention selection. Johnson County had three first-team and six second-team selections.

Pratt sophomore midfielder Gusatavo Dias Juliani was named the league's 2023 Offensive Player of the Year. Neosho County sophomore defender Charlie Ward garnered Defensive Player of the Year and Neosho County head coach Elliot Chadderton was selected the Coach of the Year.

Playing in their first season at the Division II level, Neosho County head coach Elliot Chadderton guided his team to a share of the KJCCC D-II conference title with a 6-2-0 mark. The Panthers finished the year 10-5-4, but Chadderton had his team playing their best soccer down the stretch, going 8-1-1 over their last 10 matches, reaching the Plains District Championship.

Offensive Player of the Year: Gustavo Dias Juliani – Pratt Community College

Pratt sophomore midfielder Gusatvo Dian Juliani was chosen as the 2023 KJCCC D-II Offensive Player of the Year after leading the Beavers in scoring with nine goals, one assist for 19 points. Three of his nine scores proved to be game winners. Overall, Juliani's nine goals tied for third in the conference standings, and his three game winners tied for second.

Defensive Player of the Year: Charlie Wells – Neosho County Community College

Neosho County sophomore defender Charlie Wells proved to be key cog on the Panther's back line of defense in 2023, helping them post a goals against average of 0.42, best in country. Neosho County only allowed eight goals on the season, the fewest of any team in the NJCAA. Wells also helped out on the offensive end, netting four goals with an assist for nine points.  His goal against Central in the final minute gave Neosho County a 4-3 victory.
