Ayache scored 3 goals and recorded 2 assists during the Cougars 3-0 week. In two of those games, Ayache scored the only goal in the game as Barton won 1-0 at Coffeyville and 1-0 at Iowa Central is double overtime.

Johnson County Community College sophomore Jason Jacob of Leawood, Kan., led JCCC to a 7-0 road victory over Florissant Valley this weekend. Jacob scored two goals, including the game-winnner, helping JCCC to 7-0 win.

Johnson County Community College sophomore Eliyas Jiregna played a key defensive role in helping the Cavaliers to a 7-0 win at Florissant Valley, and a 1-1 tie against Southwestern Illinois. Jiregna stopped several balls at the goal line that could have resulted in opponent scoring opportunities. He also did a good job clearing the ball in the air and on the ground.

Zak led the Panthers to three wins on the week thanks in part to his two game winning goals versus Dodge City CC and Kansas City Kansas CC. He also added three assists to go along with his two game winning goals. The Panther soccer team is off to a 5-1 start including 2-0 in the KJCCC.
