2016 KJCCC Cross Country Runners of the Week, Week 8

Naomi Similus, Cowley freshman, was the top Region VI finisher and 2nd Overall at the Ollie Isom Pre-National invitational. Naomi ran a 20:12 in the heat and heavy winds.

Moses Dirane, Cloud County sophomore, was the overall winner at the Ollie Isom Pre National invitational. Moses ran 26:30 in tough heat and heavy winds.
