Freshman Kayla McClellan batted .500 with 12 runs batted in as No. 19-ranked Cowley went 4-2 on the week. McClellan went 11-of-22 with three doubles, three stolen bases and seven runs scored.

Cowley sophomore Ashlyn Mercer had a dominating week on the mound for the Lady Tigers. Mercer went 3-0 with 31 strikeouts in 20 1/3 innings. She allowed only four earned runs and walked only four batters in the three starts.
