Freshman shortstop Savannah Maynard turned two pivotal double plays and had an impressive walk off single vs Neosho County during an 8-7 win in the second game of a doubleheader. She also had a diving catch up the middle in the top of the 6th inning vs Neosho. At the plate, she went 9-for-17 with five doubles, seven runs scored and five runs batted in as the Blue Devils went 4-0 on the week.

Cowley College sophomore Ashlynn Mercer tossed a no-hitter and did not allow a run in her two games pitched on the week. She struck out nine and walked only one in the five-inning no-hitter against Johnson County before tossing four scoreless innings in a win over Allen Community College. In the two wins, Mercer allowed only three hits in nine innings to go along with 13 strikeouts and two walks.
