McKenna Lester had a solid all-around week for the Blue Devils as she batted .551 in eight contests, helping Kansas City go 6-2 during the stretch. She also had 16 RBI, five doubles, two triples and a home run. Her home run against Labette put the Blue Devils on the board as they were trailing 3-0. Lester leads the team and conference with 28 RBI and is second on the team with a .469 batting average.

After tossing three hitless innings of relief in a pair of Lady Tiger victories, Cowley freshman Sydney Price made quite an impression in her first start of the season. Price struck out 12 in a complete game 3-2 victory over Neosho County. For the week, Price struck out 16 batters and allowed only five hits and two runs in 10 innings pitched.
