Dodge City softball battled in conference play last week and freshman, Addison Spencer put together a strong stretch as she hit .642 over four games with nine hits, four RBI, a run scored, four doubles, and a walk, while anchoring first base. She recorded a multi-hit game in all four-games played including one 3-3 performance against Colby. On the year Spencer is hitting .388 with 45 hits which is second best on the Conquistadors team, while adding 23 runs scored, 27 RBI, 12 doubles, a triple, a home run, and eight walks.

Pitcher: Allyson Montgomery (Butler)

Allyson Montgomery, freshman pitcher improved to 16-0 on the season with a dominant win on the road at Barton Wednesday. Montgomery went 4.0 innings allowing no runs off just one hit. She walked three batters and struck out seven. She exceeded the 100 strikeout milestone on Wednesday now at 106 K's on the season while holding a 1.37 ERA on the year.
