KJCCC D-II Player of the Week: Jada Johnson – Kansas City Kansas Community College
Kansas City Kansas sophomore guard Jada Johnson continues to lead the Lady Blue Devils and is now averaging 21.5 points per game after posting games of 22 points and 35 points for an average of 28.5 for the week. She also recorded 20 rebounds, 10 assists and eight steals. The Lady Blue Devils opened up conference play with an 84-68 win over Neosho. Prior to that win, KCKCC posted a 94-58 win over Metropolitan. KCK has now won eight consecutive games in a row.
