Co-KJCCC D-II Player of the Week: Garneisha Love - Highland Commmunity College & Jazzy Klinge – Johnson County Community College 

Highland sophomore guard/forward averaged 25.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists last week for the Scotties. She also connected on 54 percent of her field goal attempts hit 50 percent beyond the 3-point line. She opened the week with 21 points and seven rebounds in a one-point loss to Allen and capped the week with 29 points, nine boards and four assists against Neosho County.

Johnson County sophomore guard Jazzy Klinge averaged a double-double of 15.5 points and 13.0 rebounds along with 2.0 assists and 1.5 steals to help to a pair of conference victories. She also shot a blistering 71 percent from the field, hitting 12-of-17 shots. Klinge opened the week with 23 points and 11 boards to help JCCC to a 79-43 win over Labette and clinch the conference title for 2023-24.
