(KJCCC) Feburary 13th, 2024 – Labette wrestler Corbin Zugelder (133lbs) went 3-1 at the South Central District Championships on Saturday, placing 2nd in his weight class. Zugelder is now 29-12 on the season as a freshman.

In Champ. Round 1, Zugelder won over Jarrdarrious Goolsby (Colby Community College) by Fall (2:43). In the Quarterfinals, Zugelder won over #10 Kolton Field (Pratt Community College) by Sudden Victory (SV-1, 11-8). In the Semifinals, Zugelder won over #6 Aidan O'dell (Cowley College) by Decision (5-4). In the 133lbs Championships, Zugelder lost to Cooper Evans (Carl Albert State) by Major Decision (13-2).
