Outdoor track and field season continues and the week seven of KJCCC Athletes of the Week honors have been awarded. 

WOMEN'S TRACK Athlete of the Week
Lucy Ndungu (Cloud County) – She broke the school record in the 1500-meter run at the KU Rock Chalk Classic finishing with a time of 4:38.92 finishing second in the unseeded race. The time also moves her to #3 in the NJCAA this season. 

WOMEN'S FIELD Athlete of the Week
Lushous Davis (Hutchinson) – She won the hammer throw at the Mike Kirkland SW Relays with a throw of 47.70 meters which ranks #5 in the NJCAA. She also took fifth in the discus (38.03m) and eighth in shot put (10.69m).
