Outdoor track and field season is underway and our week three of KJCCC Athletes of the Week honors have been awarded. 

WOMEN'S TRACK Athlete of the Week
N Vanee Anchike (Cloud County) – She won both the 1,500-meter run (4:37.69) and 5,000-meter run (17:27.28) at the Emporia State Relays. Both times broke school records at Cloud County and rank #3 and #1, respectively in the NJCAA. 

WOMEN'S FIELD Athlete of the Week
Cedricka Williams (Barton) – She won the discus at the Emporia State Relays breaking a school record with a throw of 55.39 meters (181'09"). The throw is #1 in the NJCAA this outdoor season and third all-time in the NJCAA.
