KJCCC Women's Track & Field Athletes of the Week - Outdoor Week 6

Outdoor track and field season is underway and our week six of KJCCC Athletes of the Week honors have been awarded. 

WOMEN'S TRACK Athlete of the Week
Nontokozo Ncube (Cloud County) – She took third at the KU Relays with a time of 2:09.62; the mark is third in the NJCAA and a new school record. She also anchored the 4x800 meter relay which won the KU Relay with an NJCAA leading time of 9:03.69, which is also a school record and third all-time in NJCAA. 

WOMEN'S FIELD Athlete of the Week
Cedricka Williams (Barton) – She won the discus throw at the Michael Johnson Invitational with a school record and #1 NJCAA mark at 57.80 meters (189'07").
