KJCCC West VOLLEYBALL Athletes of the Week, Week 6

Despite coming up with an injury midway through the match again No. 7 Navarro, Djuly Schmorantz still played an incredible weekend on the offensive side of the ball, coming away with 89 kills in the six matches played.  She finished the week hitting .461 as the Lady Saints took sole possession of first place in the Jayhawk West.

Laura De Pra continued to pace the Seward offense at a high level, coming away with 209 total assists last week. To go along with her assists total, she also snuck in 11 kills, while hitting .611

Luz Sierra continued her impressive streak at the net, finishing with at least three blocks in three of the matches this week, including a high of 6 blocks against No. 20 Colby to help the Lady Saints take sole possession of first place in the Jayhawk West.
