KJCCC West VOLLEYBALL Athletes of the Week, Week 8

Julie Archer led the Trojans to a 4-1 week on the road.  She averaged 3.35 kills per set and tallied 67 kills this week.  Archer also tallied 3 double doubles this week.  Defensively Archer added 50 digs, averaging 2.5 digs per set and had 17 blocks. 

Kyndal Bacon continued to lead the Trojan offense and made a big impact defensively this week while they took on 3 nationally ranked teams at the D1 & D2 level and grabbed a big conference win on the road vs. Hutchinson.  Bacon tallied 184 assists, totaling 10.22 per set.  Defensively Bacon added 20 blocks and 62 digs. 

Nina Gorgijevska had another stellar week in the back row with 103 digs, averaging 5.15 per set.  On 83 reception attempts, Gorgijevska had only 3 errors.
