2023 KJCCC Volleyball Division I Athletes of the Week - Week 10

Offensive Player: Doga Eski (Cloud County)
Doga Eski is a 6 rotation outside who played all 15 sets this week and proved to be consistent in every fundament. She had 47 kills and only 13 errors, which helped her to end the week with a .296 hitting percentage. Doga received a total of 43 serves and had 28 perfect passes. She also had 6 aces out of 43 serves. Doga had 1 solo block, 6 assisted blocks and led the team in digs with 72 total.

Setter: Anja Milosevic (Butler)
Milosevic, a freshman from Belgrade, Serbia, helped Butler to a 3-0 week as they improved to fourth place in the KJCCC standings. Milosevic finished the week with two double-doubles as well as breaking a program record. In the win over Cloud County, Milosevic broke a Butler record for assists in a match with 53. She also added three aces, four kills, four blocks and eight digs in the match. In the sweep of Garden City Milosevic had 29 assists and 11 digs as she helped facilitate the offense all match. Finally on Saturday, the Grizzlies defeated first place Barton, snapping the Cougars 12-match win streak. Milosevic had her second double-double with 42 assists and 13 digs to pair with two kills.

Defensive Player: Lily Pichon (Colby)
Sophomore libero from France, Lily Pichon, had a great defensive week helping the Trojans go 2-0 against Hutchinson and Garden City. Against Hutchinson Pichon tallied 24 digs, averaging 6 per set, and added a service ace.   In the Trojans' five-set win on the road in Garden City, Pichon had her personal best of 39 digs, averaging 7.8 digs per set.  In the 9 sets played, she averaged 7 digs per set.  Pichon is ranked 1st in digs per set and 3rd in total digs in the KJCCC and is 2nd in digs per set and 7th in total digs in the NJCAA.
