Fernandes had a huge week for the Lady Saints in a pair of
road matches as she averaged 4.5 kills and 1 block per
game. On Wednesday against perennial rival Hutchinson,
Fernandes nearly singlehandedly pulled Seward out of an 0-2
hole with 22 kills to bring them back for a five set win
against the Dragons, while Saturday at Pratt, Fernandes
again came up big with 14 kills and 4 blocks for the Lady
Saints.
