The Kansas City Kansas Community College women's basketball fell to the Neosho County Community College Panthers, 70-51 Feb.1 in Chanute, Kan. Capri Garrett finished with a team-high 20 points and brought down seven rebounds on the road loss.

Garrett was the only Blue Devil who finished in double figures. Emma Berenguer Fernandez dropped nine points, four rebounds and one steal. Zoe Clark brought down a team-high 14 rebounds and scored six points. Ja'Cole Johnson and Bennett Peck combined for six points, five rebounds and three steals. The Blue Devils are still behind Johnson County (7-0), Highland (5-2), Allen (5-2) and Neosho (5-2) in the conference standings.

For the game, the Lady Blue Devils shot 13-51 from the field (25.5%), 2-12 from three-point range (16.7%) and 20-33 the free-throw line (60.6%). The Panthers shot 21-95 from the field (22.1%), 8-30 from three-point range (26.7%) and 20-26 from the free-throw line (76.9%).
