With two games to go in the 2024 season, the Pratt Community College men's soccer team is sitting in third place in both the conference and regional standings with a 5-6-1 overall record and a 3-3-1 conference record. The Beavers have won two games and tied one over the past week. The team will end their season with home games against Johnson County Community College (10/16) and Central Community College (10/23).  

Recap vs. Southeast Community College (October 12)

The Beavers hosted the Bobcats of Southeast Community College on Saturday, October 12 for sophomore day. Pratt emerged victorious 4-1.  

Pratt scored first with a goal from Gustavo Fornari Varn with the Bobcats tying the game up off a goal by Cohen Hubbard. The Beavers answered back with three additional goals from Gregor Brown, Liuz Felipe Borin, and Colm Rutledge. Freshman Freddie Fenton finished the game with two assists.  

Recap vs. Hesston College (October 9)

In a thrilling match between Pratt Community College and Hesston College on October 9, 2024, both teams ended in a 6-6 tie. The game was filled with action, with Pratt taking an early lead with goals from Colm Rutledge, Caden Arzola, Boaz Day, Tayo Adedoja, Tomas Pareira Men, and another goal from Adedoja. Hesston College fought back with goals from Tyler Beckford and Alex Radu, who scored a hat-trick. 

Recap vs. Allen County (October 5) 

In a matchup between Allen County Community College and Pratt Community College on October 5, 2024, Pratt Community College emerged victorious with a 2-0 win. The game was evenly matched in the first half, with both teams unable to find the back of the net. However, Pratt came out strong in the second half, scoring two goals to secure the win. 

Freddie Fenton scored the first goal for Pratt Community College in the 77th minute, followed by Tayo Adedoja in the 82nd minute with an assist from Gustavo Fornari Varn. The Beavers defense held strong, with their goalkeepers making 7 saves throughout the game.
