As an added bonus, Sixto Golobart, a PCC Sophomore, will be attending Lewis University next season. Sixto was very excited to compete against his future school. This made the win a little sweeter for the team.
This was a big win for the Beavers as they finished their non-conference season. They will be back in action on Wednesday as their conference season begins with an away match against Seward County Community College. Seward is currently ranked #7 in the nation.
The KJCCC is the toughest tennis conference in JUCO sports with all 4 of the teams on the men's side ranked within the top 8 teams nationally. All 4 of the teams on the women's side are ranked in the top 13 nationally. The road does not get any easier for PCC as they gear up for nationals this May.
