Volleyball Wins at Pratt for 6th Straight to Close Out Regular Season
PRATT, Kan. – Butler volleyball picked up its sixth straight win on Saturday afternoon at the Beaver Dome, defeating the Pratt Beavers 3-1 (25-22, 25-17, 23-25, 25-20).

Butler closes the regular season with an 18-14 overall record, 10-6 in league play. The 10-6 record is the same the Grizzlies finished with in 2023. Butler is locked into the four seed for the Region 6 Playoffs and for a second consecutive season will host Garden City in the opening round at the Power Plant. The match is set for Wednesday, Nov. 6th, with the time to be announced.
The loss moves Pratt to 7-23 overall and 3-13 in KJCCC play.
Butler hit .279 in the match and picked up a 2-0 lead as they hit .323 in set one and a match-high .429 in set two.
Sophomore outside hitter Sarah Sullivan led the Grizzlies with 13 kills to go with five digs. Sophomore outside Avery DeLong and freshman middle Sophia Neihouse each had 11 kills with DeLong tallying a double-double as she had a team-high 17 digs. Freshman middle Ryann Hamilton had seven kills and five blocks and sophomore setter Anja Milosevic had 37 assists and nine digs.
