iola, Kansas- Connors State used a dominating Second Half and a strong first half to beat Allen Community College, Kan., 74-56 on tuesday inside Red Devil Gymnasium.

The Cowboys held a 37-33 halftime lead and never looked back in the second half. 

The Cowboys (7-1) caught fire after the break. Kevin Stubblefield scored 14 of his 19 points in the second half. Dashaun Spence was consistent in Both halves 15 points. Edwin Daniel and Ethan Dietz both finish the night had 12 points. Jaylen Lee had 8 points on the night

The Cowboys shot 47 percent on the night, compared to Allen CC shooting 31 percent for the game. 

Connors return to the friendly combines of Melvin Self Field-House on Monday Night to take on Oklahoma Wesleyan in a little Pre Thanksgiving Contest in the first of a back to back, with tip-off scheduled for 6:00p.m. on Monday Night.
