Comments: Corey May put together a solid week, scoring in double figures in all three of JCCC' games. Against Coffeyville, May led JCCC with 14 points, five rebounds and two blocks. Against Highland, a JCCC victory, May had 10 rebounds, five blocks, four points and three assists. He capped the week with a team-high 17-points in a win at Allen County. May hit 7-of-9 shots, and 3-of-4 free throws. He also had eight boards, to assists, a block and two steals.

Comments: Walter is averaging a double double in the last three contests with 23 ppg and at least 10 rebounds per game. He has been the solid consistent player for the Cardinals during the entire Jayhawk Conference competition portion of the Card schedule. Walter's latest performance netted him 30 points and 10 rebounds in a losing effort to the Greyhounds of Fort Scott. Walter also does this shooting over 60% from the field. He is shaping to become one of the best returning sophomores in the Jayhawk next year.

Comments: Adam Tanner continued his impressive sophomore season last Wednesday, scoring 15 points and grabbing 15 rebounds in a losing effort against Cloud County. Tanner, an NJCAA Pre-Season Honorable Mention All-American, is averaging 15.4 points and 7.6 rebounds per game this season.
