Inga scored 21 points and grabbed 16 rebounds in Barton only contest this week. The Cougars won the game 98-53 at Pratt to improve to 8-1 in the Jayhawk West and 20-3 overall this season. Muciniece is averaging 15.8 points and 13.2 rebounds in West games this season. Barton’s only losses have come to teams ranked in the Top 10 with a combined record of 62-1.

Danielle scored 11 points including 2 for 2 from the three point line and had 7 rebounds in a narrow loss to Coffeyville in her first game back coming off of a foot injury. She also had 20 points and 10 rebounds in a victory over Neosho County.

Katy Davenport, the team's leading scorer and rebounder, powered the Lady Cavaliers to home wins over Highland and nationally ranked Coffeyville last week. Davenport had 28 points, five rebounds, two assists, three blocks and two steals in a 70-57 win over Highland. She followed with 22 points, 10 rebounds and three steals in a 74-68 win over Coffeyville.

Freshman Chontaye Walter led the No. 3-ranked Lady Saints in their three victories on the week. During the week, Walter posted career-highs in field goals (12), field goal attempts (16), rebounds (7), steals (7) and points (27) in three Seward County wins. Walter also posted nine assists against Pratt on Sunday, which is the ninth time this season she has recorded at least seven assists in a single-game.

Walter is leading the Region VI in assist/turnover ratio (4.04), with the next closest player recording a 3.13 assist/turnover ratio. She is averaging 12.9 points, 5.7 assists and 3.0 rebounds per game this season.
