Butler Community College Beth Biehler Freshman Defender McPherson, KS Beth scored one of the biggest goals during Butler's 2008 season. Biehler connected on a 35yd free-kick in 1-0 double overtime win against Neosho County on 10/27/08. The lone goal was enough to send the Grizzlies on to the Region VI Final-Four in Topeka, KS. This is Biehler's second time to win the KJCCC Player of the Week. |

Johnson County Community College Miranda Kirksey Johnson County Community College Freshman Midfielder JCCC freshman midfielder Miranda Kirksey powered the Lady Cavaliers to their sixth Region VI title in 10 years, netting three goals, including the game winner, in a 4-3 win over nationally ranked Barton County. Kirksey scored goals in the 11th, 24th and 71st minutes for her first collegiate hat trick. She has seven goals and one assist for 15 points on the season. |
