Bianca
Barron
Barton Community College
Freshman
5'1"
Forward
West Jordan, UT
Freshman Bianca Barron continues to be the attacking
force for the Lady Cougars and is moving up in the
Barton record books as well with each point scored.
Against Pratt Community College on Wednesday, Barron
scored two goals in the first half of Barton’s 3-1
victory. Barron saved perhaps her best performance of
the year in Saturday’s 7-4 come-from-behind victory over
Cloud County Community College as she became only the
sixth Lady Cougar to ever score five goals in a single
contest. The Utah native scored four of her goals in
the second half to help erase a three goal first half
deficit and propel Barton to the victory and pretty much
shore up a third seed in the Region VI Tournament. For
the season Barron’s twenty-six goals move her into
fourth place in season goals and seventh place on the
career list. Barron is also moving up the single season
points scored list as she now stands in the fifth spot.

Sam
McCrillis
Barton Community
College
Sophomore
6'
Forward
Shawnee, KS
Considered Barton’s main goal threat, sophomore Sam
McCrillis scored only one goal in two contests but
dished out five assists as the #9 ranked Cougars
recorded back-to-back shutout victories including
against the #7 team in the country. Against Pratt
Community College on Wednesday, McCrillis pulled the
hat-trick in his five point performance with three
assists to go along with his unassisted goal through
five Pratt defenders. Against defending NJCAA Champion
and #7 ranked Cloud County Community College, McCrillis
set up fellow teammate Ebu Camara for two early first
half goals to enroute to the 4-0 victory. For the
season McCrillis is making his name in the Cougar soccer
history books as he is in second place all-time in
career assists and third place in points scored.
