KJCCC Men's Indoor Track & Field Teams Shuffled Within Top 25 Of Latest USTFCCCA NJCAA Rankings Index
USTFCCCA 2025 NJCAA Men's Indoor Track & Field Poll #3
NEW ORLEANS, La. – Despite still having eight teams in the top 25 of the latest United States Track and Field Cross Country Coaches Association NJCAA Men’s Indoor Track and Field Rating Index of 2025, the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference saw numerous changes to the teams in the rankings with two newcomers adding to a large shuffling of conference schools in the rankings.
Released on Tuesday, February 11th, the KJCCC continues to see Barton hold the highest ranking of any conference school as the Cougars are ranked eighth this week with a rating index of 99.80 points to spend their third straight week in the top 10. The next highest-ranked team is Coffeyville who drops one spot to 11th and just outside the top 10 with a total of 82.16 points. One spot behind the Red Ravens is Garden City as the Broncbusters are 12th with 68.83 points while Highland (60.09 points) is the first of two newcomers with a 12-spot jump up to 14th after being just outside the top 25 last week. Also in the top 20 this week is Hutchinson in 19th (49.65 points) and Fort Scott in 20th (45.30 points) as both teams are able to stay in the rankings despite dropping from their respective ranks last week. Two more KJCCC schools take up spots in the final five spots of the rankings with Cloud County up one spot to 22nd (37.50 points) along with Neosho County (23rd) as the Panthers make a 15 spot jump into the rankings with 36.68 points after being 38th in the index last week.
The USTFCCCA NJCAA Men’s Indoor Track and Field Ratings Index will be released each Tuesday throughout the remainder of the season. Six weeks of rankings will be released prior to the final results, which will be published at the conclusion of the 2025 NJCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, which will take place March 7-8 in Lubbock, Texas.
