Cloud County's Camille Stauffer Named NJCAA Division 2 Softball Player of the Week
COLBY, Kan. – Making an impact all over the field last week and helping Cloud County end the week on a three-game winning streak, T-Bird sophomore catcher Camille Stauffer has been named NJCAA Division 2 Softball National Player of the Week, as announced by the NJCAA national office on Wednesday, March 5th.

Sophomore catcher Camille Stauffer helped lead the Cloud County softball team to three straight wins last week, including a road victory over Central Community College, followed by a home sweep of Iowa Lakes. Stauffer hit .688 for the week with a .773 on-base percentage and a 1.125 slugging percentage. Stauffer had 11 hits in 16 at-bats with two home runs, one double, seven runs scored, and 11 RBI. The sophomore also drew six walks and added two stolen bases. Behind the plate, Stauffer caught three games and had 13 putouts defensively.
