KJCCC Kansas MTXE Women's Athletes of the Week, Week 2, 2017

Kaitlyn Potter, Cowley, has scored in double digits every game this year, including a 35-point performance the week before versus Bethany College. She also has three plus steals in all five games this year including one game with nine and another with seven.  Her eight three pointers in a game has also tied the school record.

Mariane Carvalho recorded her 2^nd and 3^rd double double in the Highland Scoties 4^th and 5^th win of the season over Grandview and Native Dream. The sophomore averaged 21.5 ppg and 13.5 rpg as well as 3 assists and 3.5 steals per game.
