NIJA COLLIER, KANSAS CITY - Jayhawk Conference Division II Women's Basketball Player of the Week

Kansas City Blue Devil sophomore forward Nija Collier just kept getting better and better last week, finishing with a pair of impressive double-doubles against a pair of strong Missouri schools. She had 25 points and 13 rebounds in an 81-65 win over No. 6 St. Louis and followed that with a 31-point, 18-board effort against North Central Missouri. Collier had the ability to get to the free-throw line and knocked down 27 of 29 attempts in three games last week as the Blue Devils went 3-0.
