Johnson County sophomore guard Krystal Rice led the No. 7-ranked Lady Cavaliers to a pair of victories last week. She averaged 22.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists in JCCC's two wins. She began the week scoring a career high 29 points in a 94-63 win over Hesston. Rice was 8-of-14 from 3-point range in the game which tied the third-best single game effort in team history. She capped the wee with 15 points and five boards in a 73-59 win over No. 15 Kansas City Kansas. For the season, Rice had made 73 shots beyond the arch, second-most in the conference.
