CHARLOTTE, NC. – Setting a new school record in the 1,500 meters to win the Mark A Phillips Tiger Invitational with the second-best time in the NJCAA this season, Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Women’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week N Vanee Anchike has been named the NJCAA Women’s Outdoor Track and Field National Athlete of the Week.

N Vanee broke the Cloud County record in the 1,500 meters, winning the Mark A. Phillips Tiger Invitational with a time of 4:31.17. The time currently ranks second in the NJCAA this season.
