KJCCC Women's Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week - Week 3
COLBY, Kan. – Event wins that were led by a school-record performance and a top three mark in program history has led to Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week honors for Cloud County’s N Vanee Anchike and Cowley College’s Dakota Dapper for week three of the 2025 outdoor season.
N Vanee Anchike (Cloud County) – KJCCC Women’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week
N Vanee broke the Cloud County record in the 1,500 meters, winning the Mark A. Phillips Tiger Invitational with a time of 4:31.17. The time currently ranks second in the NJCAA this season.
Dakota Dapper (Cowley) – KJCCC Women’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week
Dapper cleared a national qualifying mark in the pole vault and won the meet with a mark of 3.56 meters (11 ft. 8 in.) The mark currently ranks second in the NJCAA this season and is the third-best mark in Cowley program history.
