 Joel again led the BCC team, running 24:33 to place 13th in the university division of the OSU Jamboree Invitational. Joel led his team to 6th place overall in the team standings for the University division race.

Jonathan Cherono won his first Collegiate Cross Country race to lead his team to back to back 1st place finishes in the Small College Division at the Oklahoma State Jamboree. He won by a convincing 17 seconds ahead of 2nd place, his time was 25:02.
