Bret Macari hit .555 in five games this week, getting 10 hits in 18 at-bats, scoring four runs and driving in seven while drawing three walks. Macari also took to the mound twice during the week, throwing two scoreless innings and striking out two while earning his third and fourth saves of the season.

Ty Jacobs had a monster week for Seward County in helping them to a 7-1 record in Jayhawk West Conference play.  The sophomore hit .565 with 5 doubles, a home run, and 11 RBI�s for the Saints while posting a 1.490 OPS for the week.  Jacobs had 4 straight multi-hit games on the week and drove in 9 runs in that span.
