Sophomore right fielder Christian Cox ran his current hit streak to six games as he hit .647 in four games (11 for 17) last week. Cox slugged .882 and had a .647 on-base percentage with a double, home run and seven RBIs. He tied a career high with four hits against both Hesston College and Butler. Cox also scored six runs and stole three bases. Coming back from an early shoulder injury, Cox has raised his season batting average 154 points over the last 14 games to .309.

Wiedenfeld pitched the Saints to his seventh straight series opening win on Saturday, blanking the Colby Trojans in a two hit shutout to get the series going.  Seward�s ace was spectacular, hurling all 7 innings and allowing just 2 singles while striking out 7.  He is now 5-0 in his last 5 starts with a 1.10 ERA.
