COLBY, Kan. - The Colby Community College men's basketball team dropped a contest after being edged at home by North Platte Community College.
Colby started off hot leading 14-12 in the first half North Platte then went on a 17-0. Colby brought it within 11 at the half with a score of 27-38. In the second half, Colby had it within 4 points with 3 minutes left in the game. North Platte sealed it by hitting some free throws to bring the final to 65-75.
Leading scorers for Colby tonight were Maxence Massadila with (21 points) and D'Necco Rucker with (13 points).
